With the creation of the Advisory Council, Sims is able to provide a strong feature to the investment process. Built from the foundation that our investors want to see and feel our product before the general public, members of the council will be invited into our Special Rights Offering or Round 1.5. This round will be held especially for the original investors to get a look at the product development, marketing strategy and over company performance.
The goal of this offering is show work in creating and crafting the launch marketing and sales strategy. By allowing our core investors to have this data it will help create a comfortability and willingness to continue to support the Sims mission.
