overview
BPC-91 is formulated to remove polymer and sludge residue from belt filter press fabric. Its chemistry works to dissolve the unwanted polymer and sludge that can blind the belt fabric and inhibit proper dewatering. In turn, application of BPC-91 can reduce polymer feed rate and increase percent solids allowing for a more dry sludge cake and decreased sludge hauling expenses.

Hand Apply: BPC-91 may be applied by hand evenly onto sludge belt while belt press is running. Allow water to filter through belt for several minutes until foam is no longer visible. More than one application may be needed if belt is heavily soiled.

Injection: The best way to maintain a clean belt fabric and optimize sludge quality should be to inject BPC-91 into the belt filter press wash water line, prior to the wash box. Aulick has the proven and necessary equipment to assure that BPC-91 is properly applied. For more information, please contact your Aulick consultant.
