SC-2 Blend is a combination of cationic polymers used for the clarification of wastewater in a broad range of liquid settling process applications. It’s most effective in settling sludge, clarifying of wastewater, and precipitating out of phosphorus. SC-2 Blend works over a pH range of 6.5 – 10.

Other polymers used for clarification will decrease the dissolved oxygen level. This is a large problem for wastewater treatment plants. SC-2 Blend works differently in that it does not increase the pH but increases the dissolved oxygen level.
